4-Roll CNC Plate Rolling Machine
This machine integrates plate end pre-bending and CNC-controlled rolling functions, enabling you to feed the metal sheet once and complete both pre-bending and full forming in a single pass—no need to flip or reposition the workpiece.
The top working roll serves as the main drive, while the lower and two side rolls are hydraulically powered for precise clamping and forming. All lifting movements are controlled by a computer with automatic leveling, achieving a synchronization accuracy of ±0.1mm, clearly displayed on the touchscreen interface.
The tilting and resetting of the overturning bearing housing are hydraulically driven. A dedicated balancing mechanism for the top roll allows for quick and easy removal of finished workpieces. For maximum operational flexibility, it features a mobile standalone control console that can be repositioned as needed. Built-in safety interlocks ensure secure operation at all times.
