Core Working Principle
Based on the three-point circle-forming principle, the symmetrical 3-roll bending machine features a classic pyramid layout:
- Top Roll: Vertically positioned at the symmetrical center of the two bottom rolls, performs vertical lifting movement (driven by hydraulic cylinder or mechanical screw).
- Two Bottom Rolls: Fixed horizontally, rotate synchronously as drive rolls, providing torque to feed the metal plate.
- Bending Process: The downward pressure of the top roll combined with the rotation of the bottom rolls forces the flat metal plate through continuous multi-pass plastic deformation, rolling it into cylinders, arcs, or cones.
